Rental agreement

  • The bins remain the property of Pack N Roll YEG at all times.
  • You are responsible for the bins from the moment they are delivered until we pick them up.
  • Normal wear from a regular move is completely fine — that's what they're built for.
  • Damage, late returns, and missing bins may be charged to the card on file.
  • Damage protection is not insurance. It does not cover loss, theft, or misuse.

Fees

  • Replacement fee: $45 per bin
  • Late fee: $10 per day
  • Refundable security hold: $100
  • Distance: first 25 km per leg included, then $1.50 per km

Cancellations

All sales are final once payment is completed. Need to move your dates? Contact us and we'll do our best to reschedule, subject to availability.

Damage protection

Optional damage protection covers accidental cracks and scuffs. It is not insurance and excludes loss, theft, or misuse.
